If you are a shareholder of record as of the Record Date and have logged in using your 16-digit control number, you may attend, vote and ask questions virtually at the meeting by logging in at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/JAMF2023. The control number is included in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials or on your proxy card. If you are not a shareholder as of the Record Date or do not have a control number, you may listen to the Annual Meeting but will not be able to ask questions or vote at the meeting.
